If you have placed an order, include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find it. Please do not send payment-card details or passwords.

We respond within two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your order-confirmation and shipping emails also contain your order and tracking details.

Our fruit fly traps do not need to be mailed back for an approved returnless refund. Contact us by email to begin the process.
