Refund policy
30-day returnless refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Fruit Fly Trap — Two-Pack, contact ashitchalana1@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number or the email address used to order, and tell us what went wrong or why the product is not right for you.
Our 30-day satisfaction offer covers change of mind and ordinary use. You do not need the original packaging, and you do not need to mail the traps back. There is no return-postage charge or restocking fee.
How refunds work
We review requests within two business days. If we need information to identify your purchase, we will tell you what is missing. For an eligible request, we approve the refund and initiate it to your original payment method within five business days of approval. We do not wait for our supplier to reimburse us.
Your refund covers the amount paid for the affected product and the applicable tax charged on it. Standard shipping is free, so no original shipping fee is deducted. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after we initiate it.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or is missing an item. Your order number and photos, where reasonably available, help us understand the problem. We will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate. You do not need to send the product back for an approved remedy.
Orders that have not arrived
If your parcel has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the request within five business days. If we cannot confirm delivery to the correct address within that time, you can choose a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund. See our shipping policy for delivery estimates and help with tracking.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day satisfaction offer is additional to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not limit rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. The 30-day window is not a deadline for exercising rights that apply for longer under law.
