These terms apply to purchases from Rind & Rest. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and refund policies shown before checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our product

The Fruit Fly Trap — Two-Pack contains two reusable traps. Apple cider vinegar, liquid dish soap, bait and gel are not supplied. Follow the product setup and care instructions. The traps attract and capture fruit flies; they do not repel them. Results vary with placement, bait, conditions and removal of sources where fruit flies breed.

Prices and payment

Store prices are in U.S. dollars. Your checkout shows the product price, any applicable sales tax and shipping charges before payment. We do not add a shipping charge for eligible standard U.S. delivery. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your order-confirmation email for reference.

Order availability

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and promptly refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. If dispatch is delayed, we will provide the revised timing and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as explained in our shipping policy. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Shipping and refunds

Our shipping policy explains dispatch, delivery, import-charge support and missing parcels. Our refund policy explains the 30-day returnless satisfaction offer and help with damaged, incorrect or incomplete items. These policies do not limit any additional rights available under applicable consumer law.
